I was the project manager for a Feasibility report regarding analyzing feasible solutions for the University of South Florida expenses. The project included the following

  • Researched the problem, to include

    • Background and context

    • Quantitative data (e.g., statistics, demographics, etc.)

    • Qualitative data (e.g., interviews or surveys, etc.)

  • Developed explicit decision criteria (at least three) used to assess the feasibility of potential solutions

  • Generated three solutions that significantly work to improve, if not fix the problem

  • Wrote a feasibility report presenting our work that synthesizes our research with our decision criteria to prove the feasibility of all solutions provided, and also discusses the strengths and weaknesses of each solution

As the Project Manager, my duties included

  • delegating tasks to team members,

  • ensuring timely and proper communication,

  • meeting deadlines,

  • resolving conflicts, and

  • providing assistance wherever necessary.

I exhibited exceptional leadership, communication, and creativity throughout the project. I consistently ensured that tasks were completed on time and to a high standard. I initiated assignments, came up with original ideas, and went above and beyond to achieve outstanding results. I was patient and diligent in my research, and meticulously reviewed everyone's portions for grammar and accuracy.

My role as a Project Manager also involved motivating the team by providing positive feedback and reassurance, emphasizing the importance of learning from feedback, and encouraging them to do their best. I stayed on top of communication and engagement, regularly sending emails and messages to remind the team of their progress and offering my help whenever needed.

Working with this team was a valuable learning experience that allowed me to overcome challenges and improve my communication and collaboration skills.
